Community guidelines

Community Guidelines

We want to make the internet a safer and friendlier place. That's why we created these guidelines to establish what it means to be part of the Fibio community.

Take your time to read them. If you don't respect these guidelines, we will take appropriate measures to keep our community safe.

Financial education for everyone

At Fibio we share content, tips, and resources to help you improve your finances. Everything we publish must be useful, clear, and accessible.

We don't tolerate false information about finances, pyramid schemes, or advice that puts people's money at risk. If you see this, report it.

We help people learn, not feel ignorant. We prohibit mockery or condescending comments toward those learning about finances.

Respect and community

We don't judge anyone for how much they earn, save, or owe. We prohibit derogatory comments about other people's financial situation.

It's okay to share your experience, but don't make others feel bad for having fewer resources.

Treat others as you'd like to be treated. If someone disrespects you, report it. Don't respond with more aggression.

Responsible and honest use

Fibio is a personal tool. The data you enter is yours and only you see it. Use the app honestly so it truly helps you.

Don't promote using Fibio for illegal activities, money laundering, or tax evasion. This goes against our terms of service.

If you find a bug or way to exploit the app, report it. Don't share it publicly or use it to gain advantages.

Support, not destructive criticism

When someone shares their financial difficulties, offer support, not criticism. Not everyone has the same opportunities or circumstances.

It's okay to give advice if asked. It's not okay to judge other people's past financial decisions.

We celebrate everyone's achievements, big or small. Whether someone saves $10 or $1000, both deserve recognition for their effort.

Feedback and suggestions

We want to hear your ideas to improve Fibio. Share constructive suggestions, not just complaints.

If something doesn't work, explain what you expected to happen and what actually happened. This helps us fix bugs faster.

We respect the team's design decisions. You can disagree, but keep the conversation respectful.

Consequences

If you break these guidelines, we may warn you, temporarily suspend your account, or ban it permanently depending on severity.

We don't tolerate repeated abusive behavior. If you receive multiple reports, we will review your account.

These guidelines may change over time. We'll notify you if we make important updates.
